Overhead conveying

Altinay designs, builds and installs the following types of overhead conveying and assembly systems:

  • P&F (Power & Free) applications
  • EMS (Electro monorail systems) applications
  • Single chain conveyor applications

Power & Free type overhead conveyors can be used for areas such as automotive, textiles, metal goods production to the production of white goods. General features of these systems, intermediate inventory and suitability to work independently of each other stop-start stations. In this way, regional assembly or load-unload could be possible without interrupting the whole system running. For the interface for floor assembly area, it is possible to use elevators, loading and unloading track with the help of the system. In these systems it is essential to make carrier, loading and unloading stations designs to comply with periodical maintenance and overall ergonomic rules. In addition, the overall design of the system is taken out of the system stability and robustness against dynamic loads and seismic stability once again brings up the appropriate design and engineering capabilities.
